EU PROCUREMENT DATA · REFERENCE INSPECTOR
Follow the IDs.
Keep the evidence.

A reference is not a legal award determination. selec-w means the lot reports a selected winner; other statuses must not be treated as wins. Inspect contract links and the original notice.

Would batch checks
fit your workflow?
The free viewer handles one notice at a time. A proposed offline batch edition would add a CLI, 12 regression fixtures with expected results, and documented reference paths for an agreed SDK version.
This batch edition is not built yet. We are checking the scope with potential buyers. No orders or payments are being accepted.
Free alternatives already exist: TED Open Data / SPARQL and the official mapping documentation. LotTrace's proposed value is a small local verification workflow, not exclusive access to public data.

Non-binding scope discussion
- Offline batch CLI
- 12 regression fixtures + expected results
- Non-exclusive internal team use
GitHub sign-in required. Tell us your SDK version, volume and needed output. Public discussion only; do not attach private procurement data.
Final scope, delivery, acceptance, rights, eligibility and payment method must be agreed before any order. JPY bank transfer is a candidate, not a confirmed international payment route.
03 / KNOW THE BOUNDARY
A focused prototype, with explicit limits.
What it does
Follows LotResult → LotTender → TenderingParty → Organization references. Preserves consortium members, reports missing IDs and ambiguous duplicates, excludes subcontractors, and exports JSON.
What is checked
Reference traversal is checked against the official SDK 1.16 maximal award example and synthetic edge cases. This is not full XSD or Schematron validation, and has no general production compatibility claim.
What is outside scope
Live tender feeds, legacy TED formats, all SDK versions, legal award verification, continuous maintenance, or hosted data storage. Group-of-lots references are shown without expanding group membership.
AI-assisted development. Independent prototype; no EU/TED affiliation or endorsement. Source code is available under MIT. The illustrative sample is original synthetic data, not a real procurement notice.
